Exchanging homes with another person can be very rewarding as long as you trust the person and set some guidelines for everyone to follow. If you want to vacation in another country, but you don’t want the expense of hotel stay, a home exchange may be the answer for you. Similar to a time share, if you live in a destination that is appealing to travelers, maybe an apartment in Spain, you may be able to trade homes in order to save money and a much more comfortable vacation. Many people take vacations at the same time. There are web sites and ads placed in the newspaper everyday asking for home exchanges.
